unsophistication? I've always found it hard to figure out antonyms for nouns. I mean, technically speaking, there can be opposites of some nouns...sky vs ground....but since manners is socially correct behavior, I'd have to say rudeness or bad behavior might be antonyms also.

First of all, unmanners is not a word. Perhaps you want something that is the opposite of the statement, "He had good manners."
Possibilities: He was unmannered. He had no manners. He was uncouth. He was oafish. He was ill-mannered. He had no couth. He was an A**.

Not all words in the English language have an opposite.
'Manners' is a noun. Nouns don't have opposites.
Adjectives and adverbs do.
