It can happen in the US Congress as Impeachment, or in the World Court in the Hague as violations of international law.

hes passed some legislation that he hopes will protect him from that ... but this is the reality:

Benjamin Ferencz, a chief prosecutor of Nazi war crimes at Nuremberg, recently said that President Bush should be tried as a war criminal side by side with Saddam Hussein for starting aggressive wars — Hussein for his 1990 invasion of Kuwait and Bush for his 2003 invasion of Iraq.

Under the Nuremberg standard, Bush is definitely a war criminal. The U.S. Supreme Court also exposed Bush to war crimes charges under both the U.S. War Crimes Act of 1996 and the Geneva Conventions when the court ruled in Hamdan v. Rumsfeld against the Bush administration's military tribunals and inhumane treatment of detainees

This is a repeat question, but here is my answer once again:

Read up on the Nuremberg Trials. Many followers of Hitler were convicted of war crimes (and sentenced to death by hanging) for "(a) Crimes against Peace: namely, planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression".

It doesn't take a high IQ to recall an ongoing war fitting this exact description spearheaded by none other than the man you are speaking about.

The war crimes George should be tried with is:

The misleading of the entire western world to believe that Saddam proposed a threat and the resulting one million Iraqis killed as a result of his lying.

The provision of concentration camps with the sole purpose of keeping Iraqi nationals in to torture humiliate and deprive of the inmates of their Human Rights.

Producing a state of civil war in a country that was otherwise stable for the profit of oil

For The killing of Saddam the leader of a country that fought Bin Laden and rejected terrorism

For the unnecessary killing of British and American troops and other allies

That will do for a start. Bush is a mass murderer that leaves Saddam looking like a saint. But if found guilty could Bush die like Saddam. I think very few men could die as Saddam did '' He died as a man and a brave Iraqi''

Well for one he has to commit one first...

The whole wiretapping things done with, BTW. These days a person is now subject to a warrantless search when boarding an airplane, entering the New York subway system, or even entering the building that houses the office of the New York Civil Liberties Union. Why should an international phone call be any different?

Agree with guy on top. It is horrible to fight those innocent politically correct terrorists. I hope we didnt hurt their feelings.
Sometimes we have to stand up and fight. The UN is useless due to inactivity and corruption. we are not targeting civilians nor torturing uniformed soldiers. Heck, I dont even know if we are torturing the terrorists anymore. what's the crime?

Misleading us about the Threat from Iraq
Bush and his team deliberately misled Congress and the American public about the rationale for invading Iraq. Bush convinced a majority of Americans that Iraq was involved with Al-Qaeda and responsible for the 9/11 attacks. Yet the evidence shows that Iraq was not involved. Bush said in his State of the Union Address that "The British Government has learned that Saddam Hussein recently sought significant quantities of uranium from Africa" to build nuclear weapons. But he had already been told by the CIA that the evidence was forged. Bush claimed to have hard evidence that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction. But the UN investigators could not verify any of these claims and searches of Iraq revealed no such weapons. The real reason we invaded Iraq may have more to do with the fact that Iraq has the second largest oil reserves in the world, and sits strategically in the center of the Middle East.

Illegal Wiretapping of American Citizens
George Bush authorized the NSA to conduct illegal wiretaps on American citizens. Bush claimed that these were justified on the basis of national security. But there is a legal mechanism for conducting emergency wiretaps followed by court approval within 72 hours. Bush ignored that mechanism and exceeded his executive authority. Bush claims he has authority to wiretap anyone he wishes but a federal judge ruled that his actions are unconstitutional.

Torture of Prisoners
Bush and his team have set up a system of prisons around the world where prisoners can be tortured. They have fought hard to build a legal case for torture but the fact remains that torture is highly illegal. It is also considered an ineffective means of getting reliable information from a prisoner. Bush is guilty of violating of the Federal Torture Act, the UN Torture Convention and the Geneva Convention.

Violation of International Law
According to our Constitution, International Treaties are part of the "supreme Law of the Land". They are not something that can be ignored when they are inconvenient. Bush's violations of the UN Charter and the Nuremberg Charter are, therefore, impeachable offenses.
