Does anyone know who David Arrington is?The Survey Center Network?

The Survey Center Network is a program that was advertized to me after searching endless survey paid programs I have yet to have recieved a confirmation of my user name and password! 49.00 for this!?help!

It does sound like you have been scammed i'm afraid you should contact trading standards (http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk/consumers/consumers.cfm) and they should be able to help you with how you stand and what you can do

I think you will find you have been subjected to a scam and robbed of your money. Best to put it down to experience and get on with your life - a little wiser.
