It is absolutely necessary for Goa in a long run. Goa is a tourism destination. In addition to local population, you have to consider floating population, who come on tourism and also there will be increase in population in the coming years.

I think Goa government is moving in the right direction as a tourist destination. Other state governments should learn from Goa in building infrastructure.

It is better in a long run.

Now, you might feel 4-lane is more than enough. But, after 5 to 10 years from now the population, economy everything will grow.

So it is important that we think in terms of future and implement policies that will help us in the long run.

It is better to have a six than 2. It shows proper planning for future growth.

If you only have 2 and all the space fills in on both sides when the day comes you need more it will be much more difficult and expensive.

Goa should be left the way it was.........we must preserve the heritage home and its original charm.........some time modernization and development can spoil the old look ………Are we not answerable to our future generation ? We must preserve our legacy for them
