my boyfriend has been in architecture school for 6 years... his professors have told him it is an exceptionally stressful and discouraging major to attempt, but he's still going at it. he's taking classes part time so he can work full time at an architecture firm, so that is making his education take longer. good luck with school!

It takes about 5-6 years to get your master's degree - believe me, the time spent will be well worth it. And, yes, if you do want to spend your summers studying, you can finish your degree in five years.

you do not go with a level, yet you do must have a minimum of a tech college. good math skills and would draw. then you genuinely must have a operating recognize-how of CAD. a level is 4 years and tech is a million to three, the pay is double in case you get the degree.

if you are willing to take on such a big educational committment, the time should not matter to you. that will be your career for the rest of your life. architecture is a very demanding education, they say it is harder than medical school for doctors.
