I feel wiped out all day. I have a 2 year old boy that is bouncing off the walls from the time he wakes up until its time for him to go to bed for the night.

For some reason, I tend to get tired around 4 PM. I've also noticed that I get my best sleep between 5 and 9 AM. If I have to wake up in the area of 7 am or so, this interupts the time when I would be able to get my best sleep.

between 3 an 4 pm. I just don't function really well and I am so sleepy. Good thing I work at the front desk or I would be napping.

At about 3:00pm at work I get sleepy. Then after work I go to the gym and develop my second wind. Then I eat dinner, and by about 9:00pm I am ready to unwind for the day.
