i thinks this is what you talking about and it called a frilled shark which is rarely ever seen dead or alive since it lives so deep under water. Really makes you think what other undiscovered species could be under there huh

Hi There, I watched the Frill Shark today at Yahoo7 News, if you go to http://au.yahoo.com/ and just go to Yahoo7 news videos and when you open up a news video it should come up on a list in the video window, I hope that helps.
