Has anyone heard of a man winning full custody of child and making woman pay child support? If so, how can that happen. Can I get some examples...

A couple of times I have heard that...lets see.
Oh that would be me. My dad had full custody of me and court ordered to her to pay. When she didnt pay they took it out of her check.
Then there is my sis who likes havin babies, just not raising tham and well she too was ordered to pay child support. She didnt, she didnt get a job to dock it out of so she got arrested and put in jail. She now has a felony on her record for "criminal non support"
In both these examples the mother did not really fight for custody and both were in the state of Texas.
Laws are changing. Women too are now being held accountable for child support and honestly I think its great.

Yes I have. I know a woman who's husband proved her unfit and he got full custody of both of their son's. She gets the boys every other weekend and she has to pay him child support. I know another woman who lost custody of her first two children to their fathers. They have different fathers. She has had to pay child support since the day she lost them. So yes it can happen but the father better have an excellent lawyer.

If a woman doesn't have custody,then she is required to pay child support,just like a man would have to.What's fair is fair.Just because she is a woman doesn't give her an excuse not to support her child.

oh yeah it happens, now more then ever. the court looks at both sides and determines what would be in the best interest of the child.
they are used to parents wanting custody just so they dont have to pay support, so they see through all of the BS right away.

With above case the man whom win the full custody and make women to pay is not a real gentlemen.

It happens but it means the woman is a real bad mother.On drugs,selling herself etc.

man gets child most likly mom is crack head you can not get coin just be glad you have kid good luck
