It would be better if the only thing thats crashes is the game and not all my system.

It sounds like you either need more memory (RAM) or a more powerful video card or both...Assuming that you have otherwise a fairly fast PC.

The system runs the game so if the game crashes your computer crashes. You probably want to get more ram(2 gigs for average gamer and 4-8 for hardcore gamer) and maybe a dual core processor or a new computer(with microsoft vista)

I havnt had an entire-gadget crash in years now...because of a sixty 4 bit 3.4 GHz intel and a couple of gb of ram...as quickly as I had win ninety 8 the video games stored crashing the gadget and that &^&#^$&^#$&^#$ blue reveal poped up particularly often lol (no longer the blue reveal of death)

...... it sound's like your Processor,... RAM,... and utilitie's etc,. are undersized and underpowered..... Check their imfo out on the internet..... You'll,.. probably have to replace those part's,... to get your computer more grunt!...
