Can a high school senior get a part time job at a pharmacy?

I don't know if they would let you just as cashier or not assuming that your not 18. I don't think you would be allowed to do anything else in the pharmacy section.

In the U.S., it will depend on the state. In Illinois, yes you can, but some pharmacies don't like hiring high school students.
