Ever since I found out I am pregnant I am ALWAYS freezing. Everywhere I go is like an icebox!!! I hate it!!! I always assumed it would be the other way around. Does anyone else feel cold all the time?

I am 22 weeks and I am freezing all the time too. Have you had your thyroid checked? My thyroid is usually borderline low and I go without medication, but since getting pregnant my symptoms have increased. (intolerance to cold is a symptom) I got put on some thyroid medication and have not been AS cold. I still have to wear a sweater no matter what the weather is. (I live in San Diego)

Its not just you..I'm 26-27 weeks pregnant and I'm always bundled up. I'm always freezing! Ive resorted to taking like 3 showers a day to keep myself warm. So if you find a good cure let me know..lol. Good luck with your pregnancy!!

I wish I could say the same but I am always hot, I can't sleep at night unless it is around 60 degrees.

Have you been tested for thyroid problems? Sudden can be a sign of hypthyroidism. I would mention it to your OB or midwife at your next appointment. Otherwise, bundle up!

Are you up and about or have you taken to the La-z-boy and soap operas? Get up and walk around...it improves your circulation and will make your delivery easier. The other benefit...you might be able to wear your old clothes immediately or soon after delivery.
