First, you need to determined what percentage of indian you have in you, then if you are at least one-half(1/2) Native American, contact the Bureau of Indian Affairs(BIA) and inquire about benefits entitled to Native Americans. Go to Google and enter Bureau of Indian Affairs and it should lead you to their official website.

You can check with the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Many colleges have special programs for Native Americans.

For most programs though, you have to be at least 1/4 Native.

There are several resources available. Tribal councils are the best.
I am 1/4 Cherokee, and could have several free acres of land if I so choose. But...
