How much will carpet installation cost for 204 sq. ft. area?

Please include the price for Saxonies carpet. I live in Florida. I wanted to get how much this service would cost so I can get a good idea on how much my apartment will charge me. My dog chewed thru the carpeting.

Every state can be different. It also depends on the quality of the carpet. This sounds like a medium grade.
The property manager will attempt to get the same grade carpet and padding installed and will deduct the bill from your security deposit for the damages.
If this area is a bedroom of that size it can be replaced easily. If it is part of a living room or den the whole carpet in that area will need to be replaced. It is impossible to match the carpet as it must be off the same roll. Each had a different pile in the way it lays. So even if you found the same carpet it will not match exactly.
This area will cost about $300 to $400 without replacing pad.
Ask you property manager to let you know ahead when they find out the costs. That way you can have imput. Maybe let them know you have done your research and found a place that carries that exact carpet. Keep a close eye on your property manager. Many are top quality but many use damage as a chance to replace as much as they can to make the owners happy. Hopefully, your property manager is well respected.
