How to make a Data file for FullProf (Rietveld refinment) from Bruker D8 Xray diffractometer.?

We are having raw data from Bruker D8 Xray diffractometer, we want to do Reitveld Refinments of this with FullProf software,How to make a data file for this task.We are using WinPLOTR for the refinments.

The source of the data is irrelevant for Rietveld refinement. If you don't have the documentation for FullProf, then use another program in the public domain that is documented. Look at Edinp, for example. Edinp uses a data file and a model file, both in text format. Some of the references in the link below may be useful.
