Hi, I've been using apple cider vinegar (ACV) for 3 months already and I can attest to its benefits.
the reason I drank ACV is for my varicose veins (i don't want to undergo surgery!), but since then my well being change drastically. I have an instant glow on my skin, cured my urinary tract infections, my bloated tummy is gone, and most of all I have the energy that keeps me alert all the time. I also have a regular bowel movement so my weight is under control. And my cravings for sweets decrease. I researched so much with ACV so I know its good for the health. and by the way my varicose veins are disappearing slowly.

VINEGAR OF THE FOUR THIEVES RECIPE:
This recipe was used during the Middle Ages to fight off plagues.
Use equal parts of the following herbs:
lavender
sage
rosemary
thyme
lemon balm
hyssop
peppermint
handful minced garlic cloves
Blend in a capped Mason jar. Pour a quart of pure apple cider vinegar over the herbs. Let infuse for six weeks, shaking daily. Strain herbs and garlic. Use infused vinegar as a topical spray to disinfect surfaces, including skin, and take as a tincture. All of these are either potent antibacterials or antivirals. This was reported to protect from the plagues during the Middle Ages. It could not hurt to make up a batch for protection today against bioterrorism plagues.

I lower my cholesterol from 200 to 157 in 56 days that's 43 points! All I did was add one tablespoon in my salad once at lunch and in the evening with dinner. I had a bad case of IBS and ever since it gone don't ask how it work but it did. Everyone at the job kept asking me what medication I was on. When I told them it was Apple Cider Vinegar they couldn't believe it. But remember to get the one with mother in it. Meaning non distilled you know it because it would be in the bottom of the bottle. Make sure shake it every time you use it. Good Luck!

Warning
Ok I know you want to know the benefits and none have been proven by the FDA as far as my knowledge. The only way to get the "real" benefits is supposedly you need to have the mother in it Braggs explains it better. I tried it, It did nothing for me.
MY WARNING IS - It can damage the enamel on your teeth if you drink it everyday and Braggs recommend adding honey to it. The acids and honey will cause damage. I hate to sound like my Aunt that always warns me about the sun, the water, the world etc... BUT it's something to consider.

People reporting stories about ailments they think were "cured" by ACV are known as anecdotes. That isn't evidence of anything other than someone claims they "feel" better. If anecdotes were useful, we could save hundreds of millions of dollars in research. Well controlled unbiased scientific investigation have not shown benefits for any particular condition.

Well here is one you might not have heard of: If you take a table spoon of vinegar EVERYDAY and swallow it, then you will never be bitten by mosquitos or any other insect, the vinegar will actually be absorbed by all the soft tissues of your body, and insects will be repelled by it... this works alot better than any of those sprays or lotions they sell at the stores out there plus its alot cheaper and more effective.

that stuff is all made up. they used to sell it a couple years back called "Jogging in a Jug" but it doesnt work. vinegar is processed, acidic, and it can even grow worms if you dont keep it refridgerated. you would be healthier if you just ate the apples.

If you have a sore throat, gargling with it makes your throat uninhabitable for the germs, and it takes the pinch out.
