I would feel sorry for the wife and pray that she found out somehow and left him. I don't really know what else you can do in a situation like that. I wouldn't interfere because it wouldn't be my place to, but I would be highly disgusted with the man and the person he was making out with, seeing as how she obviously knew he was cheating on someone with her.

I'd act like I really needed to use his phone in private. Then I would check his call history and call that person back and tell her where he is and that he's making out with this woman. Then I would give the phone back and wait for her to arrive.
or, I'd just mind my own business.

I would be in shock! I would tell him he is a cheater and everyone would hear that. Hopefully his honey is still on the phone and she hears it..
