It would have to be a good movie...the popcorn i understand, but it would be too noisy...to sit and relax in the dark and eat popcorn, yeah...i'd love to do that

Not really. If I feel like sitting in dark eating popcorn I could just make some popcorn myself and turn the lights out and enjoy it like that at home. No need to pay for a movie and sit among strangers in a noisy cinema. Not my kind of thing.

I love taking a hot bath in dark to relax and now that you mention popcorn, I think it would fit the setting quite nicely.

I am that way. I like to go to the movies, but it isn't a movie without the popcorn. I like the peace of no phones or interuptions, and free refills on the popcorn. Plus, it is just more fun. Ya, you can rent a video and eat popcorn at home, but the effect is not the same. Movie theatres are more fun.

To be honest, yes. Most of the movies aren't worth watching but the popcorn is GREAT. The only reason I ever go to a movie is to eat popcorn.

Yea, whenever I am having a stressful day I love to go to the movies and get some buttered popcorn and some Fruit Punch and watch a movie.

Popcorn is a core part of my cinematic experience! I nearly finish a small tub before the movie starts.

i'm with Lefty. this practice of popcorn and snacks began at thechronic-In Theatre once you should chomp and crinkle all you had to. it is annoying, and also more desirable expensive than a nighttime on the Ritz
