Someone handed me a book when i was younger and said " you might like this, Stephen King wrote it for his daughter." I started to read it and got distracted by other things... but i am interested in finding it now.. DOES ANYONE KNOW THE NAME OF IT? I remember it being very fairy world-ish....

It IS "The Eyes of the Dragon". I read this when I was a young teenager, and I remember enjoying it very much. It's been so long, I don't remember much of the story now. But I do recall that it was a welcome departure from his horror stylings.
