Anne Heche split from her husband who she has a son with, to be with her co-star of Men In Trees James Tupper he split from his wife in November it was on a sneak peek of Entertainment Tonight Canada. Supposedly anyway it hasn't been confirmed but that's the rumor. Can't blame her he is hot!!
