No, ethnicity shouldn't matter, but it does.

No it shouldn't but it is difficult not to see color and treat everyone equally when we are constantly reminded by minorities that they are somehow deserving of different treatment.

It shouldn't, but the controlling majority (capital economist) does think and make it so.
