i told a friend if he ever needed a kidney i'd donate one to him. and he took as a big deal but seriously..we only need one kidney to live and he's my friend so why wouldn't i wanna give him something he needs and i dont? and i mean he'd be paying the bill..or would i be paying also.. i dunno how that works..

i guess i wrote this funny. he never needed a kidney transplant i was just telling him if he did ever need one..i'm here.

You only need one eye! Why not hand him one of those too?
Seriously, I would not be handing out body parts to just anyone. There are a lot of friends to whom I would loan a thing or two, and to more than a few would I give a kidney, but I don't need to tell them that, to prove my undying love and loyalty.
Slim chance though that you would have his blood type.

its really a big deal, its great that you would volunteer it for him, i dont know why you second guess? he needs your kidney more than you do because something is wrong with his other pair, but if then you cant give him whole heartedly then dont do it,say sorry to him, and next time dont promise if you cant and things that you are not that brave to do
