I was thinking about starting a business planning kids parties. I do really unique things and would charge about $600 on average for a party. Would you pay someone to organize, personalize and clean up for your kids birthday? This would include everything from Invitations, partybags, decorations, games, setup, cleanup and entertainment.

I would have to deduce how much you spend on "everything" vs how much you are making an hour based on the amount of time you put into the event.

in this area a self employed person should (needs to) make about $30 per hour. If i thought you were making more than say $35/hr for your time than no I wouldn't pay it. In some big city's more in some cheap states less, depends on where you are and how much $ the people around you have.

I think that's a good idea but you might want to do that for teenagers or adults. I don't see me paying that much money for my kids party. Unless you know a lot of rich people.

Well you have to do it based on how large or small the party is going to be. You should set an average price for a small, medium, large, or really large party.

It would have to be a pretty big party with maybe 300 kids or more attending.

I would! But I don't know about you because I get $400 per hour now with my buisness running!

I would but only after I had received feedback from others on what kind of product you deliver.

Yes I would...but it depends on where you live and what the traffic will bear (who's gonna be able to pay you that much).
