He yells at me no matter what I do. He always wants to be alone without me or our kids. I ask for help with the kids and he curses at me. I told him I want a divorce and he says he doesn't understand why.

If he doesn't understand why then he needs to take a long hard look at how he's treating his family. You don't yell at and criticize someone you love...plus he helped make the kids, so he should help raise them. Unless this guy does a reality check and changes his ways drastically...you should move on and let him be alone (as he wants to be alone anyway)

Darling the guy does not love you as a wife - married couples live together and work together to make the relationship work. Go and get that divorce and find somone who will love you and the children - a man who wants to be with you and to love you and care for you. Your husband clearly doesn't want to do that and is husband in name only. Good luck

If he is that blind, then he wouldn't see the divorce papers until it was too late.
Sorry, you shouldn't put up with this. He is self-centered and doesn't care for you and the kids well being.
Move out now. If he wants to be alone, let him be.

He won't live with you? Geez... he's getting his cake and eating it too... with double icing. He doesn't understand why you want a divorce because he'd lose his double- duty wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am. Sounds like doesn't want to have to support you or be a contrubutor to your relationship, or give his 50% worth of his responsibility. Shake off that loser.

if u want a divorce find a lawyer, if u want to hold on to your marriage seek a psychiatrist or a marriage counsellor... it might help.. good luck
