The Penguins are not going anywhere! The "moving the team" talk is just that. Its just another ploy to get the city and/or the state to cough up some money to keep the team in Pittsburgh like they did with the Pirates and Steelers. How many times over the years have the Penguins been moving? Well, too many and like the other times, they will get their concessions and a deal will be worked out to get a new stadium and keep them.

I think the Penguins will stay in Pittsburgh. They are doing the sensible thing in visiting other cities to drum up interest in those towns and back in the Steel City. The Governor has stated that he is trying to work a deal just as he played a role in getting the Phillies and Eagles their respective stadiums here in Philly. As a Flyers fan, I've enjoyed the rivalry, I really hope they stay.

I saw the "commish" say tonight that "no decision has been made", which means "if Pittsburgh doesn't cough up money for a new stadium, we're moving them!" in double talk from him!

No, but KC, winnipeg and Portland are the top considerations. I think they should go to Portland and they could even keep their name.
