My pc does not load images or has problems loading when it is left idle for more than 30mins. Sometimes after browsing the internet for an extended period of time, it would not load the images and i would then have to restart my pc. What's wrong with my pc?Is it my graphics card?

There may be something goofy with your Windows user profile. Typically you can troubleshoot this by creating a new user account and logging on with the new "test" account. If the problem does not surface under the new user account you just have to copy a few folders over.

Try also clearing your Temporary Internet Cache and cookies.

Its not commonly a grafix card problem and everyone here has the right I deas and are all on the right track. check and see how much free space you have on you HDD also if you do not have enough availabe space for virtual memory it could also be a problem you may need to go through and uninstall any unused programs to free hdd space. Another common cause for what you are experiencing is lack of resources ie low memory..

Could be graphics card, bad connection with card, or even cooling fans and vents are dirty. Things act up if they get hot, and dust can really mess with airflow.
