1993 oldsmobile silouette van 3.8 when the belt broke it also broke the two vacuum lines i also repaired and there are not any leaks i am going to put gas in the air filter and see if i get lucky and it fires up but the way this van is and this week has been well lets just say it doesnt look good thanks

sounds like when the belt broke,it messed up the crank sensor.i have a 3.8 in my olds delta 88 and the sensor lays close to the crank pully.what might of happened was the belt slapped against the sensor.

Might have taken out the crankshaft position sensor. It's located behind the harmonic balancer.

i would start with the coil first change all the spark plugs and wires and cap and rotor
