Looking for an online game to start playing. I like PvP but want a game that has more substance then that. I really like games where you can build or create items. I also prefer smaller community games than ones with thousands and thousands of players.

Neverwinter Nights for creating items or Freelancer for PvP and I mean alot of PvP.

You might like Diablo 2, though I'm not a big fan.
And Natural Selection, it's an RTS/FPS hybrid mod for Half-Life 1.

SOKOBAN - simple game where you have to move blocks in a certian order to get out of a tight situation!
Some versions allow you to build a maze where others must escape!

i dont think its like runescape, but you gotta check out minecraft. You might think it looks dumb at first, but trust me it becomes an addiction
