Yes... cut out the cola's entirely.
Drink 1 tall glass of orange juice along with a multi vitamin and a small bowl of high fiber cereal like Kashee.
You get the quick sugar fix from the OJ and you get the fiber from the kashee thats going to help regulate your blood sugars during the morning.
If you get hungry a few hours later... eat more kashee.
Breakfast is served !

Yoga. Particularly the Sun salutation. You can google it. There are several variations, most only take 5 minutes. It gets your blood flowing and your energy up.
You can also repeat it throughout the day to keep your energy up. Vitamin B 12 helps, too.

Coffee, Tea, a shower, a good breakfast plenty of water and a good diet with plenty of vitamins.
Good restful sleep for at least 8 hours every night. cut back on alcohol.

Man get some eggs and wheat toast. The warm taste of some yoke will get you moving all day. Also there is oatmeal butn that will make you poop all day hahaha no joke.

I jump straight out of bed, throw on shoes and coat and immediately walk a 80 lb dog. That gets you going.

Apples. and lots of water. ^^ Something refreshing like fruit in general, but I find apples work the best in the morning.
