I don't know if its just me, but I am more conserned with their hands flying all over the place than what their saying. Literally, duckinging so I don't get hit. Now, don't you think thats too much hand movement. Really, can you minimize it bit! Don't you think???

gesturing is important when speaking, but there is no need to be dramatic about it. i don't want to talk to someone who always keeps their hands by their sides, but i also don't want to get hit upside my head with their hands. gesturing is learned and done intentionally....otherwise you're just working on an emmy.

I have noticed that some people talk with their hands a lot too. I just make sure that I'm far away from them so that I don't get hit.
