Delete about 2/3 of all laws and reduce the size of government by the same amount. Reduce the tax burden on working people and the economy so it can flourish. Set up strict and permanent term limits for all elected offices and increase oversight of all public officials, prosecuting and imprisoning all violators of the public trust. Change the constitution to disallow all laws governing private matters and strictly regulating the authority of government to create new laws. Change the educational system to allow a successful student to attend school as long as need be regardless of ability to pay while limiting or eliminating attendance by people who are just there to party.

More education!
A clear indication of the lack of knowledge of your average American is clearly seeing if you watch The Tonight Show segment "Jaywalking" featured once a week in the program, where Jay Leno goes out into the streets and asks average people some really really really basic questions about general knowledge and the answers are really, really...really scary, showing most people out there have no clue on history, geography, politics, strategy, etc, etc, etc.. and what really scares me is that these people vote!!!!!! lol....

Adopt a policy of diferential reproduction - more children for the healthy and gifted and less children for the mentally challenged, habitual criminals and the sick - purely on a voluntary basis respecting free will. It may be proeugenic but that is the best way to lead the nation for further prosperity and end its racial struggles.

I think all the people who want to complain about it should either take a common-sense approach to changing it (like getting out to vote for starters), or they should exercise their right to leave. If there's any part of The Bill of Rights that you don't support, skip the "change it" step, and proceed directly to "leave".

More truthful media outlets; less propaganda.
Less partisan politics; more politicians who care more about the country than their political careers.
Lower taxes; reform the tax code or throw it out.
Tort reform; frivolous lawsuits cost a fortune.
