Data entry requires little education, but you may have to prove you the number of keystrokes you can enter. Receptionist or secretary are other entry level positions that often don't require education beyond high school. Small businesses usually are a good starting point to get a lot of experience in different areas without a high level of education.

data entry, sometimes it pays pretty good. It can get mundane but if you work for a good company they will let you listen to music so it doesn't get so bad.
