This is my exercise routine. I do it every day:
25 bench press (30 lbs each hand)
25 overhead vertical lifts (30 lbs each hand)
25 pulls from waist height to chest height (30 lbs each hand)
25 bicep curls (30 lbs each hand)
I do a complete set in 5 minutes. I repeat this 4 times. Then, I do
100 good quality push ups
100 good quality crunches
in 10 minutes. Then I do the other routine again, and then I do the two 100s again, and I'm done in an hour.
Anything terribly wrong with this? Any improvments I can make?
I am almost 17 years old, and I have been doing this regularly.

Thank you for your suggestions.

You have an amazing workout routine. I agree with doing what you are doing but every other day. You will get ripped to shreds.

Keep up the good work and visit

Sounds like you're workin pretty hard. Good job! Best suggestion I can make is to switch it up. You will build more muscle and strength if you ''shock'' your routine. Maybe try subscribing to a fitness magazine such as
Muscle and Fitness there are tons of new exercises and applications to learn in there, plus its a great motivator looking at all those ripped bods! Oh, and don't forget your lower body, you don't want to become one of those ''upper'' bodybuilders with huge arms and little chicken legs, You know what I'm sayin?

you should probally isolate body parts such as chest, back abs, legs stuff like that and do it different days to let your other muscles rest.
