First of all... congratulations on your babies!
I like Makaia Marie for the girl name! I am not so fond of the boys' first names paired with the current middle names, they don't flow well. Maybe you should switch them to Adain Michael or Memphis Rian. Good Luck!

Please don't name your son Memphis. Or if you really love that name, could you at least compromise and make it his middle name, not his first name? :) I know you like the name, since you're thinking about it from the standpoint of the boy's parent, the person who gets to name him. But if you think of it from HIS standpoint, things are very different....
Memphis is a name he will never find on any personalized item in any store or tourist attraction. Memphis is a name his teachers will never know the gender of and will not know whether they're looking for a boy or a girl. Memphis is a name he can never "experiment" with and make a nickname from, if he wishes. Memphis has a somewhat "harsh" sound to it. Memphis is the name of a city, not a person. Memphis is a name plenty of children will tease your son about (The truth is that kids can be very cruel).

Well where I come from you give names based on circumstances around the child's conception or birth. But some circumstances arent so good. Also note that whatever you call those kids is what they will be.
In Yoruba language,(Nigeria-Africa) twins irrespective of sex are called Taiye[ta-ye](for the 1st) and Kehinde[ke-hin-de](for the second) Taiye means first to see the world, Kehinde means last to come.
If I were you I would give them Bible names after renown pple like for boys David-[A man afterGod's heart]
and Daniel-[A man of excellent Spirit]
and for girls Rachel [Highly favoured and beautiful] and Abigail [wise and favoured].

I like the girl's names very much and the boy's middle names too - in fact I would put the middle names together Rian Michael or Michael Rian. Aidan is too girly and Memphis is a bit unwieldy as a first name. Whatever you name them - congratulations and take care!

Girls:
Makaia Marie - Mikayla Marie
Natalia Elizabeth - no
Boys:
Adian Rian - Aidan Ryan
Memphis Michael - yes, I like this name. My cousin named her little boy Memphis and he is a cutie!! Her little girl is Miranda. I think they're cute together.
Consider Memphis & Miranda for boy and girl twins!
