The Violin. They gave it to me when I was 6 and my fingers knew what they were 'supposed' to do, but my fingers were 'stupid', and it would have taken years for them to get educated. I hated it! And at six I didn't have that kind of time.
Then a trombone and there was always a big old upright piano around, and then my younger brother started playing the guitar. He's still better than me on the guitar.
So I became a composer for film and tv, no big-time thang.
If I'd continued playing violin I'd still be playing only one or two notes at a time!

MY car I've had so many things fixed and repaired including the motor-I just have to face facts-time to let it go.
