You can't. Unless you want to get at the cause of the problem. Which would take an act of god to shut down the drug trade. Even insiders in the government are involved.

If only i could tell you, how that high feels, where it takes you
its the most convincing and friendly thing. it treats you right when you want it too, it allows you to fly, it allows you to feel soo wonderful. you feel great. people have no meaning. life has no meaning, the world is rainbows and butterflies, and when it touches you and makes you feel so right.. but then it leaves.. and everything is horrible, life then doesnt feel as good... the high was kissing and begging you, now your trying to hold on to it, and but it keeps traveling a further and further away
and know you have not only seen her and been acquainted to her highness, now you know what you've been missing the whole time. .. Even, I would be too selfish to say dont go back to your high, cause I cant even treat you as good as "it" does. it comforts you even when you dont have a home and your sitting on the corner, I can't do that. So I'l just leave you alone. go for your drugs. I love you, But your drug loves you more. And its willing to take you places, places neither I can take you, nor you can take yourself anymore.

Cocaine is nature's way of telling you that you have got too much money.
You can't stop them. Just stand well clear and watch the fun. As they disappear up their own a rsehole.

You can't. No one can. The person has to want to stop. That's the only way a drug addict can kick an addiction, under any other circumstance they'll just end up relapsing

Shoot 'em... when they wake up in the hospital tell 'em they were in a coma since they were 1yr old and their whole life was a tragic nightmare, then relocate 'em.

well like any thing YOU can't stop them the only person who can help is themselves if he/she is not ready to give it up they won't be able to give it up simple as that. but if they do want to stop truthfully then they will it's all to do with the head. good luck
