How do you take scratches of the screen of a slide phone?

Removing scratches is probably not possible however you may be able to cover them with a chemical designed to fill in the scratches on eye glasses. Call a local optometrist for the name of the product.

get a new cover, if its plastic u might be able to buff it off with buffing cream and high powered buffer, good luck

Don't know that you can, but you could check at a repair shop.
