Every1 I talk 2 says I talk 2 much which I really dont agree w/ but ok so how do I know when 2 much talking really is 2 much?

You can usually tell if you are talking to much when the person you are talking with doesn't even seem to be listening or doesn't really care. They could be looking in different directions or constantly nodding their head. My advice is to ask questions about them more and let them go on for a little bit so you and the person you are talking to can have a balanced conversation.

When the other person looks bored, when you notice you are saying 'like' and 'and' alot. And not letting the other person share their idea without being talked over is bad. Just say what you need to say and stop and see if they say you still talk alot...

Well they say you should listen twice as much as you talk. If there are enough hours in the day to do that then you're fine.

There are a few ways to tell...
when you get sick of listening to yourself
when people interrupt you a lot
when people move away when you come over to them
when people try to hurry you along when you're talking

talking too much can be when u r monopolizing the conversation--or when you talk too much about yourself----there needs to be a balance of talking and listening---remember we are born with one tongue and 2 ears--get it?
