No, but his body has never been found. It has been rumored that he is buried beneath all of the cement in Giants Stadium, Meadow Lands, NJ. He "disappeared" around the time that the stadium was being built and it would seem to be an underworld appropriate final resting place for Jimmy Hoffa.

No he was killed. Contrary to popular rumor that he was buried in the endzone of Giants Stadium in NYC, his body was actually taken to a smelting plant in the outskirts of Detroit and was thrown into a vat of molten metal that was being processed into hubcaps and other car parts.
