All the time! I get treated like crap every day by my boss, but I need the job so I deal with it.

No, I've never been able to get into that mindframe. It's bullying, and whether it was an adult when I was a kid, or someone with great artistic talent, or someone with wealth, or anyone with a so-called advantage picking on someone without that advantage it just makes me angry. The danger that I see in relationships working around what you mention is that power is given by the beaten to the aggressor - eventually creates an unequal situation and eventually decisionmaking and responsibility is overloaded onto the aggressor. Then you've got two unhappy campers.

All the time.I come to realize that I'll probably get treated like crap all of my life.I also realize that when something or someone good comes along I learn to appreciate more.
Being treated like crap is good for you.It can make you a stronger person and can teach you how to Deal with problems in life better.
The more you get treated like crap the more chance you'll have of practicing coming out of it smelling like roses.

Yes, I had a big problem with it when I was in Jr/Sr High School. Many people (even the girls who were supposed to be my best friends) would pick on and harass me a lot. I don't show my emotions as much as most people and they picked on me for it. I like to read books, they didn't. I tried to be independent and fight against peer pressure, not to mention befriend people who were shunned by others for religious beliefs or being "different". I got treated badly for all of it.

Yes, i have! since i was a child, men have always controlled me , my dad, then my boyfriend, then my husband, I'm divorced and have a new man, but, am very much in control with my life! God wants us happy, my friends have always used me and treated me like crap, but I'm very picky about friends now, stay in control- you are a good person, who deserves better, its hard enough to get through this obstacle- called LIFE!!! Be strong! Stand up for yourself, ive always been a giver, not a taker, (but ive always took the crap that someone gave me) i feel people respect me more, since i stand up for myself, and dont care what people think anymore... Good Luck may God give you strength...

Sure...everyone has.

But I bet if you really thought about it, the times you've been treated like gold vastly outnumber the times you've been treated like crap. What matters most is which type of treatment you consider most memorable.

Flush the crap and save the gold!

yes i have but that was 5 years ago when i was still with my ex-gf. If your love one has been treating you like a crap and doesnt appreciate you, you should need to evaluate your whole relationship and make a decision whether you still want to be with someone who treat you like a crap for life?

The ones I love the most are the ones who never fail to hurt me the most. I feel like I dont belong in this life time, or with the group of people I'm with.

Oh yeah. Are you kidding? Constantly. I maintain somehow.
I don't think ANYONE can get through this life without being treated like crap by some people.

The only way I can cope is to ignore it and move on. What else can we do?

Sure, probably everone has been at sometime. I would suggest letting them know u dont appreciate it, and are willing to do something about it if it doesnt stop.. Stand up for yourself. When its the people u love, I would mention that that is a cowards way out, the reason they do it to you is because they know no one else would put up with it.. Be strong.
