Does anyone know how to make all music files available to my ipod ?

I tried to import all my music files to my ipod and some will not come up. Is it becouse I am downloading my music from share 360? And I also have music videos downloaded from share 360 I would like to put in my ipod. Can't do that either. What to do?

for the music itunes does the trick it will convert then for you but the videos try the link below its an ipod converter try worked for me.
