Find the coordinates of the points of intersection of the line 2x+y = 5 and

The curve x^2+7y+2y^2=13.

(x^2 means x-squared)

Solve the equation of the line for y. Then take the value found for y and plug into 2nd degree equation. Now you should be able to solve this new equation for x.
