If your talking about military time. It's ran on a 24 hour basis like 12am would be00:00 so 10am would be 22:00. So, no ten hundred is not right.

If its 10:00 am, it is 10 hundred. If it is 10:00 pm, then it is 22 hundred.

Military time of 1000 or 10:00 hours is correct. For 10 PM, 2200 or 22:00 hours is correct. Include "hours" with it so there's no ambiguity in what you're saying/writing.

In daily life it's better to say 10:00 am (ten am), but in military jargon/talk it would be perfectly ok to say (ten hundred).

Depending on the listner you can example if he is from millitary you can say 10 hundred meaning you are using 24 hour time but if you say 10 only then you are telling either p.m or a.m.

techniqually yes, if ur trying to say its 10am. if ur trying to say 10 pm the it would be 22 hundred.

Use in the military it would be stated as ten-hundred hours.
( ex. 0400hrs, 0500hrs,0900hrs,....1200hrs,1300hrs..etc...)
That form of time telling is not really used in civilian society.
