I'm not that young but I do remember how hard it was to get assignments in on time! It was a long time ago but I can relate!
I really wouldn't do what you are planning. You will get caught and it will only make things worse for you. I strongly suggest you talk to your parents. Are you involved in after school activities like sports or music etc? If so you might have to cut back on those awhile until you catch up. If that's not the problem and you really are far behind talk to your parents. Maybe they can give you an excuse to stay home a day and get things done. Always talk with your parents. They will help I am sure! Be honest and open with them. Maybe they can help with the typing or research also.
Honesty is always best. Show you are willing to do the work. Ask your teachers also for help and maybe even an extension .

Good luck to you!

Why don't you just tell your parents that you are really behind and need time to catch up for your big projects and see if they will let you stay home from school with permission. Calling the school and acting like a parent isn't that easy to pull off, and if they doubt that you are your father or mother they may call home and ask them if they really called the school.
Don't chance it, it's not worth it!

Don't try it, it could really get you into serious trouble if you get found out. I would just talk to my parents and say, "I have a lot of work, I need a day to catch up". This worked for my parents... I had them write a sick note for when I came back, I had all my work finished, and no one ever knew. If this doesn't work, I still wouldn't advise anything drastic. Try buckling down on your work and really focusing, and if you still need time, it would be a lot better to fake it to your parents than to the school.

I don't think it's a good idea.
Instead why don't you talk to your teachers and see if they would be willing to let you stretch the deadlines for your projects.
Why would you want to call and lie about who you are, there is a real chance that you will get caught. Then you'll be in trouble with not only the school, but also your parents.
