If you find its only one song that isn't working properly it most likely means that the MP3 is recorded in a way that is not compatible with your device -- for example the bitrate may be too high or too low. The standard for MP3 is 128Kbps -- if its recorded at 96kbps or 400Kbps it may not work. Try finding a different copy.
