My interests are not represented anywhere, simply because a politician becomes one to gain power over others. Once in congress or in a political position, my interests diminish as their desire power grows. They solicit people of like power, such as businesses, or others who can do good for them as they climb up the ladder. Hopefully, they think, to be President, the ultimate Power Person. Sad, but that is the way it is, even on a local level. Money talks, and I have none.

In some cases my best interests run along the same lines as those in power so in those situations the answer is yes. The rest of the time, the majority of the time, the answer is no.

No and no. It seems like when people take office, the power trip takes over and the big buyoff money comes rolling in. When are we going to have the tea party, part 2?
