According to Forbes Magazine, the world's richest self-made woman in 2004 was Joanne (JK) Rowling author of the Harry Potter series of books. Her net worth at that time was over 1.004 BILLION dollars. Beating then near-comer Oprah Winfrey whose new worth in 2004 was only slightly behind her at 1.003 Billion dollars. Oprah did have two distinctions to her credit, one is being the richest self-made black woman in the world which is quite impressive considering the hardships that she's gone through to get there, the second was being the richest self-made AMERICAN woman in the world (Meg Whitman now holds that title.)

Since that time Oprah has made a dramatic leap to 1.4 Billion Dollars, but Meg Whitman of Ebay fame and many other self-made women including a chinese woman named Zhang Yin who is worth over 3.4 Billion dollars (the richest self-made woman in the world for both 2006 and current year) have far outstretched either of these two.

As for those on your list, the Queen (presuming the British Queen) is not self-made, she inherited her money. Sara Ferguson, the Duchess of York is not self-made partially for the same reason and her marriage into money. Doris F. Fisher made her money in a joint endeavor with her husband and others, so it also not considered self-made. Julia Roberts (who is a paid actress, thus not considered self-made since she was "made" by Hollywood) has a current worth is still only about 140 Million dollars putting her not even putting her close to most of the others.

None of them is right. It's the same person as it was in "05 and "06 and will be in "07 - Oprah Winfrey.

Besides, the Queen's riches are almost entirely inherited and Sarah Ferguson biggest claim to fame is having married into the Royal Family. Again, that doesn't qualify as self-made.

Julie Roberts is paid and paid well to do what she does, that doesn't make anyone self-made.

Doris F and her husband Donald Fisher built The Gap, but that was a mutual endeavor, which by definition means that on her own, her wealth isn't self-made but mutually made.

An individual wealth is self-made is someone who has built their success on their hard own work and their ability to build concepts, etc. That's not what an actress does. That's not what royalty does. And being part of a couple isn't doing it on your own. But it does largely describe Oprah's wealth.
