Gray hair in childhood is known as 'Premature graying' or canities. Premature graying in children is usually genetically programmed. If the parents or grandparents had premature graying, the children may follow suit. It's very important to consult with a pediatrician to rule out infection or systemic causes of a child's gray hair. The doctor will take a family history and can order diagnostic testing to get to the root of this problem. Werner syndrome and pernicious anaemia can also cause premature greying, so it is sometimes important to get this checked out- not always- but sometimes.

Several things, including genetics or some illnesses. Some people actually look far better in grey hair than they do in the more 'youthful' colors!

Your problem is simply genetics. You can't do anything about it except try changing the color of your hair.
