I find it distracting to see obvious frauds claiming to be celebrities and asking and answering questions in bizarre ways. I don't object to any free speech at all, just the MIS-representation that one person is actually someone else. HOW can we be sure?

When an actual celebrty asks something, there's a green "Official" icon under their username.

The first person is correct. An actual celebrity would ask a memorable question and there would be a green "Official" under their picture. I don't think Yahoo! Answers people would like screen out fake celebrities, but we can do something good. We can try to ignore them and report them!

Unfortunately we can't. Yahoo! can look into those files and confirm, but the confidentiality thing prevents them from pointing it out to us, unless they give explicit consent to do so. Until they do something too outlandish or something that violates Yahoo! guidelines, they'll be there, the nut-ball nobodies who impersonate the narcissistic good-for-nothings and amazingly enough manage to make them temporarily look more arrogant, and self-important and ignorant than they ever could have been in real life.

I've often been annoyed at that too. Like when Ciara asked who she should do a song with and things like that. I bet the celebs have normals names on yahoo! answers (if they have a yahoo! account at all) and don't like the frauds.
