the universe ends at the point at which all time ceases to exist. time has no meaning, there is nothing beyond the edges of the universe, utter nothingness. however, you'd be hard-pressed to get there, as its ever-expanding. there is an end though, you'd just have to go really really fast to beat the edge of the universe there.

At any given point, if we were to freeze time, you would be able to go all the way to where the universe ends. The universe keeps on expanding thanks to the immense force of dark energy for which gravity would otherwise pull everything inwards. So, technically, this isn't a philosophical question, it's a scientific one. And the facts speak for themselves.
Try reading up on Stephen Hawking (the super-intelligent wheel-chair guy). In particular, his book titled "A Brief History of Time".

The universe is moving so fast away from it's beginning that we have no rational way to process the outer limits of it at any given______(insert any unit of measure) so I have to agree with the first answer 'where it begins' the energy Will only last so long *(see footnote (he he he )so in theory it will eventually cease the act of creation, no further new stuff will spew forth.
* I am in love with infinity and it's antithesis.
I think the force behind the scenes is in constant renewal.
energy is recycled through black hole worm holes and our quantum selves drawing these energies umbilically through space time.
it doesn't end, it's a infinitely dimensional ?????sphere?
(the first answer might be interpreted this way too. )

it doesn't, as long as one person believes it just keeps going, then it just keeps going, it ends where you want it to because noone knows but as far as anyone can tell it is infinite.
