Dont worry, you still have a bit more growing to do.
Sorry to say that there is no magic pill that will make you grow taller since most of it is based on gentics.
If your parents or grandparents are taller than average there is a good chance that you will be too, if not then you probably wont.
But at 14 there is a great chance that you will hit another growth spurt.
In the meantime, try to eat well and give your bones lots of calcium so that they can meet with the deamands of growning stronger and healthier to support that six one frame that you will grow into! Statistically speaking, there is a great chance that there are a few more inches left in ya! GOOD LUCK!

Well, first of all if your parents or grandparents are shorter, then genetically, there is nothing you can do. Now on the other hand, if the majority of the people in your family are taller, then perhaps your parents should take you to the doctor to find out if you have a problem with your pituitary gland ... sometimes people who should be at least the average height for their age discover that they have a problem with their GH (growth hormone via pit. gland). Look up more information online about this; but at 14 I'm almost certain that you'll catch up by 16 and be taller so don't worry too much about it. Good Luck and take care.

Theres not much you can do but wait.

The current underlying scientific thought about height is that all
humans have growth potential determined by their genetic make up. This
determines how tall a person could be depending on a number of other
factors. Some of those things are prenatal health, proper nutrition,
general health, and even emotional well-being.

“Actually, height is what is called multifactorial. Not only are there
many genes involved, such as genes for growth hormone, genes for the
receptors on the outside of cells for growth hormone, genes for bone
proportion, genes for the timing of the release of hormone and other
growth factors; but there are also many interactions with the
environment, including nutrition during gestation (while the mother
was pregnant) and during the growth years, exposure to things such as
cigarette smoke and alcohol before birth, birth order (generally
second children are taller than first) and general health during the
growth years. With all of these factors, it appears that we are born
with a genetic potential for height (not all of the genes have been
identified yet) and then the environment exerts its effects as we are
growing.”

A simple way to get a rough estimate of someone’s potential height is
to use what is called the midparental height.

“Parents’ heights: In order to evaluate a child’s genetic potential,
calculation of the sex-adjusted midparental height (i.e., target
height) is helpful. The sex-adjusted midparental height is calculated
by adding 2.5 inches to (for boys) or subtracting 2.5 inches from (for
girls) the mean of the parents’ heights; it represents the most
statistically probable adult height for the child, based on parental
contribution. By calculating the percentile for this midparental
target height, one can determine at what percentile a child’s height
is expected to fall.”

In other words, for boys take the average of the parents’ heights in
inches, and add 2.5 inches. . This height is the most likely height for that individual.
Height varies, and statistically it will vary about 2-3 inches in
either direction. So basically just wait you will grow for a couple more years don't worry.

Hope this helps, I know its a lot, i sound like a nerd.

Eat healthfully and exercise. At 14, a young man still has a few growth spurts to go. He may not reach his full height until 20. Meanwhile, getting exercise will encourage his bones and muscles to develop, and eating right will provide the material with which to do it.

Wait for your next growth spurt. It's coming. I had a friend that was very short (shorter than me) for a long time, (i am now only 5'3''), and i saw him the other day, and he's so much taller than me!!! Don't stress, more than likely you won't stay that short. And if so, who cares?

Sorry sir. There's really no real "get taller quick" method. Just like there's really no "get skinny now" method. Take your vitamins and eat you're wheaties. You'll grow. But if worst comes to worst, don't wear your mom's heels!

There's no magic pill that will make him taller. He will grow some more if his body decides to.

Don't obsess with height. Don't use any of those drugs or anything. From a girls perspective, yeah, most girls like tall guys. And yeah, some of the superficial ones wouldn't consider you because of your height. But a handful of us--typically us shorties!-care more about what's inside than a guy's height. Focus on what's inside and screw those girls who don't like you for it. They aren't worth your time if you can't be yourself.
